Her aim is to make yoga engaging and enjoyable, allowing individuals to enhance their stamina and flexibility. As an energy worker, she contributes to holistic well-being, spanning mental, physical, and even financial aspects. Eti's approach focuses on starting with accessible yet profound poses, building a foundation for more challenging postures, while gradually improving strength. Key areas targeted include hip flexors, back strength, shoulder and neck, abs and core, hamstrings, arms, and legs.
